These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on our website www.inkon.io. They govern the relationship between INKON LLC and any individual (hereafter referred to as “the customer”) placing an order through our shop.

2. Products
INKON sells decorative temporary tattoos, available as standard designs or customizable creations.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes but reflect the actual item.
Custom tattoos are made to order and therefore cannot be canceled or returned, except in the case of a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in EUR or USD, depending on the version of the website, and include all applicable taxes.
Shipping fees are displayed separately before checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but the price charged will always be the one confirmed at the time of your order.
4. Orders
Placing an order on our site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Customers receive a confirmation email after completing the checkout process. INKON reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Payment
All payments are secure and can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods available at checkout.
INKON does not store any payment details.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (up to 14 business days for custom tattoos) and shipped by our logistics partner.
We offer two shipping methods: Standard (6 to 10 business days) and Express (5 to 8 business days).
All shipments include a tracking number, sent via email once your package is on its way.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have 30 days to change their mind (except for custom-made products).
Returned items must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or applied tattoos cannot be returned.

8. Warranty & Liability
INKON guarantees the conformity of all products sold.
The company is not responsible for misuse, individual allergic reactions, or delays and issues caused by third parties (such as logistics errors or incorrect delivery addresses).
9. Personal Data
Your personal data is collected only for order processing and customer service purposes.
INKON complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the consumer law applicable in your country of residence.
If you experience any issue, please contact our support team at hello@inkon.io — we’ll do our best to help.
If no resolution is found, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in your jurisdiction.
11. Updates
INKON reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time.
The version applicable is the one in effect on the site at the time your order is placed.
